Tubes
Round seamless copper tubes with option of wall thickness are available for a wide range of light to heavy duty conditions. Tubes are mechanically expanded into fin collars and thus mechanical expansion provides a permanent metal to metal bond for maximum heat transfer. Available number of rows is from 1 to 12.

Fins

Fin surfaces are continuous die formed plate type corrugated aluminum or copper with a standard staggered tube hole pattern. Full drawing fin collars provide accurate fin spacing control and efficient fin surface provides high performance heat transfer with low air pressure to fit a variety of applications. Fin material thicknesses are available with your requirement of rippled or straight edges.

Headers

Seamless copper with die-formed holes to provide a parallel surface to the coil tube for strong brazing joints, Standard 1/8” brass female thread pipe (FPT) vents and drains with optional 1/4” & 1/2” sizes. All circuiting is constructed to gravity drain.

Connections

Distribution and collector tubes for connections are made of copper.

Return Bends
Heavy wall copper return bends are standard. Greater wall thickness is available for extra heavy duty applications.

Casing

Heavy gauges galvanized steel casings are available for larger coils while light gauges are available for light applications. Standard double flanged casings provide maximum support and rigidity with greater strength for stacking and handling. Intermediate tube supports are supplied as required for coils with longer fin lengths to provide additional strength and support. Aluminum, copper and stainless steel casings are also available in a variety of gauges for specialized applications.

Brazing

Joints are brazed with select high temperature copper brazing alloys. For small to medium sized coils, high tech auto brazing machine is used, whereas a team of highly experienced welders work on medium to large sized coils.

Testing

Manufactured coils are leak tested under water with nitrogen at 10 to 35 bar.

Cleaning

Coils are vapour degreased by degreasing machine to remove any oil from the fins. The standard cleaning solvents are inserted in the tubes to ensure their internal cleanliness.
